DIY E-juice without the hassle

It’s safe to say that I love to vape. I write a blog, host a YouTube channel, and Tweet about vaping all the time, but the thing that I love the most is interacting with the vaping community. I now carry five or six bottles of juice on me at times, just to show people I run into, what is out there in there world of vaping. Time and time again I get asked the same question. “Why don’t you make your own juice?” I think it would be fun to do, but there are many reasons why I don’t.

One of the main reasons I don’t make my own juice is the lack of space for a clean room. While I don’t expect a DYIer to have a clean room the caliber of Mister E-liquids or Stella Blues Vapor, but there should be some level of safety. The tobacco in a cigarette is the most dangerous part, it’s all the filler and other material that makes its way into a cigarette. The same applies for making e-liquid in an unclean room. I can’t stress enough the importance of having a good sterile environment to make your juice and remember Nicotine is a poison. Treat it with the caution it deserves.

The cost of starting up can be expensive. While none of it individually is going to break the bank. The number of items you need will add up very quickly. You’ll need to buy PG, VG, maybe Nicotine, two or more flavors, bottles, safety gear, etc. It adds up and if you’re going to make a juice to share with your friends you don’t want to buy the cheapest flavors out there. Their horrible and it’s sad to say, but some small vape shops use them. You can usually tell because the vape has a weird aftertaste.

Time is another huge issue. While it might not be an issue for everybody, it is for me. I work 50 hours a week, take 12 credit hours a semester majoring in Chemical Engineering, (4.0 GPA baby), do reviews, and I’m married with three kids. That doesn’t allow me time to create my own juices.

That all being said, I do have ideas for juices from time to time. The thought of creating something new excites me. So I found a new obsession. Come up with an idea and have a vape shop make it for you. Several companies have a DIY feature on their websites, CnA Vapor is a great one, and I encourage everybody to try it at least once. I absolutely love it. You get a few flavors that pop into your head, go to the website and fill out the form and Bang, before you know it a juice you created will be at your door. It’s a blast to do and it’s slowly becoming my newest obsession. The one drawback for somebody like myself is that you HAVE to let it steep. When you get your juice it might be three days old. At that point it’s not even worth doing a sample drip. I would recommend at least two weeks to let the flavors steep properly. If you do that you’ll be rewarded with the potential for a great new one of a kind vape.

Give it a try sometime and see where it takes you. You never know it might be so good your friends will be jealous and you’ll be the talk of your town. Crazier things have happened. Until next time love what you vape,

Fruit Flavor of the Year Finalists.

Fruit is the one category of liquid that I vape every day. The juice makers have a field day creating new and interesting ways to utilize fruit into some of the best tasting vapes on the market. After hundreds of bottles I have narrowed down the field to the five finalists.  Here are the five finalist for the Fruit Flavor of the Year.

#1 CnA Vapor Berry Delight – Take a bowl full of fresh fruit and mix in a heavenly dose of cream and you get CnA Vapor’s Berry Delight. The berries are very natural tasting and you feel like you picked them yourself, but the thing that sets this liquid off is the cream. It’s the best cream flavor on the market. A true delight to vape.

#2Derby City Flavor Raspberry Linzer Macaroon – Derby City makes great liquids, but this is my favorite vape they make. The raspberry pops with flavor without going over the top. This is the definition of a great all day vape. Much like the dessert that it’s named after Derby City’s Raspberry Linzer Macaroon is a Louisville original that isn’t made anywhere else in the world.

#3Drip Clouds Strawberry Dreams – Drip Clouds is the eighth wonder of the world. A max VG vape with a ton of flavor. The strawberry flavor tastes fresh, sweet, and natural. The cream wrapped around the strawberry is a sweet kiss of heaven. Ever since the first time I vaped Strawberry Dreams, it has been a favorite of mine.

#4Mister E-liquids Pure Michigan – This is one of the most pure tasting vapes I’ve ever tried. After a good steep the flavor notes blend together so well yet are able to stand on their own. The strawberries and apples are so fresh tasting you would think they were picked and squeezed into the bottle. Every time I vape Pure Michigan it makes me think of the summers of my youth having fun in the warm Michigan sun.

#5Stella Blues Vapor Twisted Fruit – If you ever want to play a game of guess that fruit, pick up a bottle of Twisted Fruit. The sheer amount fruits used in this vape is amazing. My personal best is identifying five different fruit flavors in a single vape. It has Mango, Tangerine, Strawberries, Pear, Peach and more. All this without ever getting muddled, a work of art.
Looking forward to the award shows on the 28th of Dec. and until next time Love what You Vape.

Candy Flavor of the Year Finalist

When it comes to the amount of flavors in a category, there are few that rival the size of the Candy category. I can’t think of a single candy bar or bag of candy that hasn’t been copied. I recently vaped a really nice Swedish Fish e-liquid. With all this competition, I had a hard time narrowing it down to the final five, but I did it and here is the list. So here they are:

#1 CnAVapor Skittles – This was one of the first flavors that I tried from CnA and it’s still great. When you vape this you can actually taste each individual color. The flavors are strong, but not overwhelming. A nice balance that makes for an enjoyable vape.

#2 GRE-liquid Ziggy Starburst – Ground Control to Major Flavor. I love the pink Starburst and that is exactly what this vape tastes like. This is my favorite vape from GR E-liquid and a great addition to this list.

#3 GRVape OPP – You down with OPP. Orange Push Pop, how can you go wrong with that flavor? I’ve tried several different companies version of Orange Push Pop and I have to say this is my favorite. GR Vape has perfected the ratio of Orange to Cream to nail the taste of my favorite Ice Cream Truck treat.

#4 JoostVapor Swagger – This juice contains a lot of fruit flavors and is fun to vape. After vaping it all day I still would consider it more of a candy than a fruit. I always have a bottle of Swagger on standby just in case the mood hits me.
#5 Vapejoose Peach Ring – Who doesn’t love that gas station favorite Peach Rings in the 2 for $1 bag. I’ve consumed more than my fair share of them as a kid and when I tried the Peach Rings from Vapejoose I was immediately transported back to those happy days of my youth. It’s a great memory for me and a great all day juice.

Don't forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel for more great reviews. Until next time love what you vape.

Drink Flavor of the Year

I’m not a water drinker. I’m a flavor person so I drink my fair share of sodas and juice. That’s why I spent a lot of time searching for the best drink e-liquids I could find. From lemonades to sodas to energy drinks, this category has something for everybody. In alphabetical order are the finalists for Drink Flavor of the Year.

1 510ego.com Mt. Dew – How do you make Mt. Dew better? Make it an e-liquid that has a nice throat hit and a spot on copy of the soft drink. This tastes so much like Mountain Dew I sometimes wonder if I should put my mod on ice. A great all-day vape.

2 CnAVapor Monster – This tastes so close to the real thing I’m surprised CnA hasn’t been sued for patent infringement, it’s that accurate. After I do reviews I take the rest of the juice to local vape shops to let people try them and get their feedback. When I started letting people try Monster, they offered me money for the juice, people loved it that much.

3 FlavorMonster Khalkotauroi – With a name like Flavor Monster you can be sure every juice they make is packed with flavor and this Red Bull clone is no different. This is the best Red Bull flavor on the market. I don’t know how they are able to capture such a difficult and complex taste, but they did it and did it well. A great all day vape.

4 GRVapeStay Puffed – An Expertly made combination of Tangerine, Ecto-Cooler, and Cotton Candy makes this a top notch all day vape. This is my all time favorite liquid from GRVape. I have vaped 20ml of this in a single day, it’s that good. Very refreshing and finishes clean with the perfect blend of flavors.

5 VaporVision Organic Lemonade – From the first drip I fell in love with this juice. I’ve taken this juice to other juice makers and the all say the same thing. “Damn that’s a great lemonade.” When other crafters that make a lemonade think you have the best straight lemonade flavor you know you’re doing things the right way.

This is one of my favorite categories and I think I vape at least one of these finalists every day. I can’t get enough of these juices. A job well done by all with a strong attention to details. Until next time love what you vape,

Coffee Flavor of the Year Finalists.

I can’t start my day without coffee. I don’t know what I would do. I love the smell, the taste, even the sight of the steam rising from the cup. Those are just some of the reasons that when I started dripping, I dripped nothing but coffee flavors for the first few weeks. It’s still something I go to often and I enjoy a good coffee vape every morning. This an important category for me and here are the five finalists for the Coffee Flavor of the Year in alphabetical order.

1 510ego.com Caramel Macchiato – This vape has all the things that you expect and love from a traditional Caramel Macchiato. A nice bitter coffee to start with a nice sweet finish to balance everything off. I’ve vaped a lot of this juice and continue to enjoy it.

2 DerbyCity Flavor Kelba’s Morning Coffee – Derby City really knows how to make a flavorful vape. This liquid is one of the reasons they call their liquids elixirs, because when I vape this I feel better. Their coffee is a great blend of coffee with a nice blend of creamy chocolate that finishes cleanly and makes you wanting for more.

3 GRVape Caramel Macchiato – This is a very true tasting Caramel Macchiato but what puts it over the top is the hints of other flavors like vanilla and Kahlua. The notes of vanilla really tie everything together and blend it so well that it goes from a morning pick me up to an all-day everyday vape.

4 MisterE-liquids GTFO – This vape features a great blend of Vanilla, Chocolate, Espresso, and Caramel. The sweet and bitter notes bounce all around your mouth and awaken your taste buds. The secret to the success of this vape is the raspberry. The fruity notes accent and compliment all the other flavors to round out this flavorful vape.

5 StellaBlues Vapor Coffee Bean – I have recently had the pleasure of trying this liquid and was instantly a fan. The least bitter of all the coffee finalists still packs a punch of flavor and complexity with the blend of coffee with a nice hint of caramel. This is truly the definition of simple done well. Nothing fancy just a great all day vape.

Hope you all enjoy the coffee finalist and look forward to more announcement. Next up the Drink Category Finalists. Until next time love what you vape,

Finalist for Dessert Flavor of the Year 2014

Of all the categories in this year’s awards this is my favorite. I love dessert and I love dessert vapes. I had a ton of different juices to choose from and I finally made it to the top 5 and every one of these juices deserve an award, but there can only be one. Here are the finalist in alphabetical order.

#1 Charmed Vapors Lemonberry Pie – This is a wonderful strawberry pie with a graham cracker crust taste, but the genius comes from the addition of lemon. The Lemon is used to enhance the strawberry and make it explode on your taste buds. A very well crafted vape that will satisfy everybody.

#2 CnA Vapor Moose tracks – Just like the ice cream only better. Another favorite from their signature line that explodes with flavor and tastes EXACTLY like the ice cream flavor. The combination of so many flavor without a muddled taste is remarkable.

#3 Drip Clouds Brandi’s MidnightSnack - Drip Clouds is the Max VG with max flavor. I can’t believe how much complexity and flavor notes you can find in this juice. I know several people that say this is their all-time favorite Drip Clouds juice. I find it hard to disagree with them. If you enjoy tasting many different flavors in one vape this is one to try.

#4 Stella Blues Vapor DezertedThis is a great vape. The warm sweet caramel blends nicely with the salty caramel as it’s drizzled over vanilla ice cream. At higher wattage this juice is to die for. I’ve talked about this juice a lot of the year and for good reason.

#5 Suicide Bunnies Mother’s MilkI can’t think of a juice on the market today that has been copied or imitated more than Mother’s Milk. It was the original and set the bar high in the dessert category. It sounds simple in design but the execution is flawless. A true work of art.

So there is the Finalists in the Dessert Category and if this is all I could vape for the rest of my life, I would be a happy man. Please check out my previous posts to see what other categories are coming up.  Until next time,

Juice Maker of the Year Finalists

Today I’m proud to announce the finalist for the 2014 Ace Award for Juice Maker of the year. The competition was extremely tough, since more and more great juices hit the market every week. My criteria is simple
Consistency – Does the juice maker create consistently above average juices?
Creativity – Does the juice maker blend flavors to create a balance of flavors that make you want to vape more? Do they embrace flavors that not everybody else uses?
Customer Service – Does the juice maker know how to answer the questions that vapors have and are they able to ship their product quickly and without suffering damage in the process?
Label and Website Design – Are the labels and the website user friendly and easy to find the information that’s needed.
Without rambling any further, here are the 5 Finalists for Juice Maker of the Year in alphabetical order.

#1 Charmed Vapors – I would love to do flavor face offs with this delicious juice, but their recipes are so original I can’t find anything to compare it to. With nice flavor every juice is a great all day vape.
#2 CnA VaporThe signature line from CnA vapor is one of the best premium lines on the market. They have a great mix of flavor to cloud and they have the best tasting cream on the market. Try the Berry Delight to experience it for yourself.
#3 Derby City FlavorI found Derby City in the fall of this year and I was immediately blown away by the complexity of these “elixirs”. Given the time to properly steep, these juices will explode with flavor. The natural and earthy flavors are the reason I fell in love with Raspberry Linzer Macaroon.
#4 Drip CloudsDrip clouds is unique in the fact that it’s a Max VG juice that packs a ton of flavor. I can’t find flavor like this in any other Max VG on the market. When you get huge, dense, clouds with a heavenly taste like Strawberry Dreams, you will be Vape Happy.
#5 Stella Blues VaporNo best of list is complete without Stella Blues Vapor. I have easily tried over a dozen different flavors and they are all memorable in their own unique way. The layers of flavor make vaping a taste adventure. They also make one of my all time favorites Dezerted. Vape this at a warm 60 watts and you will find paradise.

5 Of My Favorite YouTube Reviewers

There are a ton of reviewers on YouTube, but who has the time to sit through hours of videos to find the good reviewers. So, I did the work, so you don’t have to. These are my top five reviewers, that I watch when I have time and want to relax for a while. A few of them I’ve never talked to, but I still enjoy the snot out of their reviews. In no particular order, my five favorite YouTube reviewers. I must admit I was disappointed I, Ace Vapor, didn’t make my own Top 5.

#1 - Vicious Vaping Review – Vicious is a guy’s guy and somebody that I would love to go have a beer with and talk vaping. He’s not a vape snob and keeps everything simple enough that even I can understand what he’s explaining. He has a passion for vaping that all the great reviewers have and I enjoy watching his videos.

#2  VapeLadies – Jaid and Ang are two versatile ladies that have tried just about everything and reviewed it. Mods, Juice, RDAs, tutorial, they do it all. They are very engaging and I find myself smiling while watching their videos. I will admit I’m jealous that they can build coils better than I can.

#3 Ruby Roo – Ruby does very well made videos and she is more than happy to tell you like it is. If she doesn’t like something, she will let you know. That is necessary for any great reviewer. Her knowledge is awesome and she can talk about any subject.

#4 Vaping with Twisted420 – A cool guy that throws a ton of info at you but is so entertaining you don’t realize your learning stuff. His Mod and RDA reviews are outstanding and I have spent hours watching his reviews. Again another guy that I would love to have a beer with.

#5  Gore Gore BritneyBritney is one of my favorite reviewers because she has a goofy personality that I enjoy and she knows a ton about vaping, but it all comes from experience not from reading a ton of websites. Plus it doesn’t hurt that she’s as cute as a bunny hugging a puppy. She never talks down to people and tries to inform and entertain at the same time, which I can say from experience, is harder than it looks.

So there it is some of my favorite YouTube reviewers to watch and enjoy. Let me know what you think.

Top 5 Most Vaped Juices for October

I was downstairs in my office the other day and I picked up a bottle of Skittles flavor from Cna Vapor. I’ve remembered doing a review on it a couple months ago, but here it is sitting on my shelf half full. I spent the rest of the day vaping Skittles until it was almost gone.

In the last two months I’ve sampled well over a hundred different juices. That’s almost two new flavors a day. I would say about eighty percent of them I found to be good to great. That being said there is no way I could vape all of them in my free time. My daily routine is to go down to my office and grab about five bottles of juice that I want to vape that day. There is no rhyme or reason I just pick what peaks my interest and go on with my day.

This leads me to today’s topic. What are my top five most vaped juices for October. The funny thing is you won’t find them on the upcoming November list because I finished each and every one of them. So without any more rambling on my part here is the top five most vaped juices for October in alphabetical order.

#1 CnA Vapor Moose Tracks – If you’ve ever enjoyed a big bowl of Moose Tracks Ice Cream, then you’ve tasted this vape. It’s a perfect match and goes great with coffee first thing in the morning. I usually vape it at around fifty to sixty watts and pause what I’m doing to enjoy the warm blend of creamy chocolate and sweet caramel. Then you can taste the delicate Macadamia Nuts that add another layer to the mouth party. At the end it finishes cleanly with the taste of French Vanilla Ice Cream that makes you want to vape more. I must say the CnA Vapor Signature Line is, in my opinion, the most underrated premium line on the market, but they must be allowed full steeping time to reach their full potential. (Video Review Here)

#2 Derby City Flavor Raspberry LinzerMacaroon - From the first second I sampled this juice I knew it was a winner. The complexity of this vape is incredible. I spent the first half hour chain vaping and savoring the perfect blend of Raspberry and Almond. It’s like a symphony in my mouth. The best part of this juice is that you never get bored or tired of it. The only reason I stopped vaping it was because I emptied the bottle. After trying hundreds of juices I still have never vaped anything that tastes even slightly close to this elixir. A credit to the creativity of this company and I hope to order more from them soon. (Video Review Here)

#3 Drip Clouds Brandi’s MidnightSnack – Drip Clouds is a competition level Max VG juice. Almost every max VG juice that I’ve tried you have to struggle to find the flavor. Not with Drip Clouds. The flavor is as good as or better than most 50/50 blends. The peanut butter stands out throughout the vape, but you can still get loads of other flavor notes. You can taste sweet, almost fruity notes and a creamy nutty finish. The higher the wattage the more you can taste the accent flavors, creating a superior vaping sensation. Truly a masterpiece. (Video Review Here)

#4 GR Vape Stay Puffed – After 3 dessert vapes in a row I’m sure you thought there was a trend going, but Stay Puff has again broken the pattern. This is a fruity vape that I can vape all day long. It is a delicate balance of Tangerine, Cotton Candy, and Ecto-Cooler. The tangerine is the standout. If your ever making your own juice and using orange. Skip it and add tangerine and it will blow you mind. I can’t say enough about this juice, the balance is top notch and you can taste each and every flavor without a hint of it being muddled. Vaping this makes me happy. (Video Review Here)

#5 Stella Blues Vapor Grandma’s Goods – I vape Stella Blues Vapor every day, but when I tried Grandma’s Goods I stopped what I was doing and sat down to savor this feel good vape. The concept sounds simple just a good old fashioned apple pie, but this is Stella Blues and they don’t do simple and easy. This tastes exactly like somebody took the time to make a dough by hand and spend the rest of the day making the most delicious apple pie you’ve ever had. You can taste the love and passion that went into making this juice. (Video Review Here

So there it is, the most vaped juices for the month of October. Please support these wonderful juice makers and thank them for all the hard work and gallons of unacceptable juice that gets thrown away creating the perfect blend for us to enjoy. Until next time Love What You Vape,

Where I've been lately.

Well it's been a while since I've written a blog and I figure I owe everybody a story as to where I've been. I've been hanging out in the land of video, making youtube videos and having a lot of fun. With the exposure from Youtube I've been able to connect to many new juice companies and find flavors I never dreamed possible to vape.

During my time away, I realized that I missed writing. So I decided that I'm going to find time to do more blogs and possible less videos. I know it will be hard work to find the time, but I think the vaping community is worth it.

I know this is a short blog and excuse but I want to get into writing blogs, so look for them within the next day or so.

Thanks as always,

Ace Vapor

616 Vaporz Cherry Cola E-juice Review

Before I start the juice review I wanted to thank everyone for reading my blog. The numbers have been going through the roof. I have received many requests to start doing youtube videos and I'm going to try and find time this weekend to post one.

I had my heart set on an iTaste VTR, so I was searching the local shops websites when I found a great deal on one. 616Vaporz has the best prices of any brick and mortar shop I've ever seen. Check them out. I was able to find the VTR for $69.99. I might go back and pick up the Panzer for $39.99. After giving them a call to verify they had one in stock I made my way over.

When I arrived at the store I was greeted by a young kid behind the counter and began looking around. I found the iTaste VTR but it was marked $79.99. I asked the guy behind the counter and he said he would sell it to me for the price on the internet. All they had was the camo version which was fine by me.

Since I was saving so much money on my MOD I decided to pick up a random e-juice and give it a try. I walked over to their juice samples and randomly picked one. It was Cherry Cola. I asked the guy for a 10ml bottle of it and he went into the back to make one up. He came out about 10 minutes later with my bottle of juice. On my way out the door he suggested letting it steep for about five days. I always steep my liquids but it's nice to see word getting out about the importance of steeping liquids.

After waiting for the liquid to steep I looked forward to trying out the Cherry Cola liquid. I rewicked my Plume Veil and loaded it up with juice. 616Vaporz uses a stock blend of 60% PG. (40% VG for all you math majors.) The first thing I noticed is the flavor comes through very strong. Some juices provide a throat hit, this juice provides a flavor hit. Not a huge cloud, but I expected that with only 40% VG.
The second thing I noticed was the taste, while stronger than any liquid I've ever tried it was off for me. It was a loud single note. It was like driving by one of those cars with the bass turned up way to high and all you hear is BOOM BOOM BOOM. That is what this juice does every hit. I like a juice that provides layers to the vape. The hidden little notes that you discover while taking the time to enjoy a nice vape. I hate to say it but after an hour I couldn't stand to vape it anymore. That is just me, I'm sure there are people that will enjoy this in your face, simple flavor but I'm not one of them.

In conclusion I give this liquid a 4 out of 10. If you're going to do a flavor junkie PG dominate blend you have to be great at building your flavor profiles. One way to tell a good e-liquid maker from an inexperienced one is to try something like a grape flavor. A good liquid maker will use more than one flavor to make a grape for example to add layers. This makes even a single flavor taste full, balanced, and refreshing. A bad juice maker will add a few drops of grape flavor into his premixed PG/VG blend and call it good. Guess what? It's not. Take the time to build a good juice and you'll have customers for life.

Thanks for reading and enjoy the vape

iTaste VTR Review

I must admit I've been craving the iTaste VTR for a while now and I finally bought it and the expectations were high. I've never owned a box mod before, I've always preferred the mech mods, but this rugged little box mod weighing over a pound had me intrigued and the green color looks great in real life.

When I first took the VTR out of the awesome display box I filled the iclear 30s with GR VAPE Doctor P e-liquid and started vaping away. I've used the iclear on my mech mods in the past and wasn't a big fan of the tight draw and limited vapor production. After playing with the variable wattage on the iTaste VTR I was able get a better draw with a decent cloud.

After I got bored vaping with the iclear 30s I removed it and screwed in the included adapter and put on a random RDA. I built a macro coil that came in at 1.3 ohms and dripped some liquid and tried it out. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of vapor and flavor I got. I had the wattage down at first and got a cooler less dense vape, but it was nice.

The iTaste VTR will let you build an RDA down to a .8 ohm resistance. That gives me the challenge of finding the best flavor coil build I could do at .8 ohms or higher. I spent the next three hours building coils without even noticing. I had some winners and some fails and I'm still not done experimenting. I was happy with a micro parallel coil made of flat wire that measured out at .9 ohms totally cottoned up. With the wider surface area of a parallel coil I was getting great flavor and good vape. My next step is to get out the plume veil rda and really try some crazy stuff and see what works.

All in all this has been a fun mod to play with and I'm obsessed with finding the perfect .8 ohm coil build. I would recommend this to anybody that doesn't mind having a one pound brick in their pocket. I personally like heavy rugged things so it fits my style, but I don't picture many girls lugging this thing around.

Thanks for reading and all comments or questions are welcome,

Ace Vapor

Nimbus RDA Review

Todays review is long overdue, the first RDA  I ever bought was the Nimbus RDA by EHPro. Tonight I'd like to spend some time talking about it and explaining why I still use it on a fairly regular basis.

When I first started vaping I had my iclear tank and I thought I was happy. Sure with a mech mod  getting smoke from it was like getting money from my wife. Hard to accomplish and when you do it's never very much. Despite the tough draw I was enjoying myself.

One day I found myself in one of my all time favorite vape shops and I was complaining about my lack of flavor and they suggested I try an RDA. I was hesitant because I like to keep things simple and it seemed like coil making would be difficult. The shop owner showed me the Nimbus and said I need to try this. For the price it will work nice and if you hate it your only out 12 bucks. I was strongly consider it and he added that he would show me how to make some coils. I figured I couldn't go wrong and bought it.

The shop owner was kind enough to show me a couple builds starting with a standard dual micro coil build. My first attempt looked like the corkscrew at Cedar Point, but with a little practice I was able to get a nice almost professional looking coil. We hooked it up and I dripped for the first time.

WOW. The flavor was killer. It was like going from a $5.99 sizzler to a Prime Rib at Ruth Chris Steakhouse I thought I enjoyed my iclear but dripping is so much better and I'm starting to become a coil building addict. Thanks to the mentoring of an expert teaching me how to do things the right way. When building coils nothing is more important than finding a good teacher. Sorry for getting on a soapbox but it's important to safe and enjoy the hobby.

I've since moved on to other RDA's like the Tugboat that I have set up to make some killer clouds, but I always have my Nimbus on standby built to maximize flavor, so when I need to take a nice break and relax I grab my Nimbus and my favorite juice and enjoy this for a while. As always thanks for reading and Vape Nice,

Ace Vapor

Puffin Liquids Kahluamel Review

I was running errands recently came across a new Vape Shop in Grand Rapids Michigan. GRVAPE officially opened their storefront on August 8th and since I love to stop and compare and contrast all the local shops I pulled in the parking lot to check it out. I walked in the shop and was blown away by the cleanliness of the shop. If you do your shop in almost all white and it looks clean you know your doing it right. I was hoping the owner would be as professional as his shop looked.

I've been on a roll recently finding good liquids and I was hopeful that trend would continue. I had my wife with me and we both wanted to try some juice. We were greeted by a guy behind the juice bar, so we walked over and sat down. The guy behind the bar was the owner and he took the time to ask about our tastes and what we liked and made a couple recommendations of  the brand of liquids that he created himself that he named Puffin Liquids. He asked if we wanted to try them out. I know every shop lets you try flavors, but in Grand Rapids the shops let you try those flavors on a cheap starter kit with a half charged battery. That is not how they do business at GRVAPE. He hands my wife and I, if I remember right, it was something like an EVO Twist with a iclear tank. By no means the best gear on the market but their effort was noticed and with it turned up a little and with a fully charged battery, I was actually able to taste a juice before I bought it and used it on my mod. After trying a few flavors and having a nice conversation with the owner I decided on the Kahluamel and my wife went with the CafĂ© Luha.

My wife and I got home and we watched a little TV and relaxed, trying our new liquids. I normally steep my liquids to get better flavor, but this time I was to excited to wait so I used it as soon as I got home. Let me tell you, my hot streak is alive and getting better. The taste was spot on, it was like being in a flavor tornado with notes of well balanced flavor swirling around inside my mouth. This is the reason I quit smoking cigarettes, so my taste buds can enjoy flavors like this again. The throat hit was barely there and the smoke was great and smelled as good as it tasted. After a couple hours of bliss I asked my wife who is a very light vapor what she thought. She looked at her half empty iclear30s tank and says I don't know it seems to not last very long. I just laughed at her and explained to her that for the last two hours she hadn't said a single word but just sat there and vaped. (First silence in over ten years of marriage by the way.) She agrees and says I guess your right. "Can we go get more?"

For her of course we went and got more. I look forward to having the Puffin Liquids in my everyday rotation as they are made using above average ingredients by an above average artist. Thanks for reading and I look forward to your comments and questions. Vape Nice,
